"I have a Ford Escape Hybrid and was concerned when the 'wrench light' came on! My service advisor made this visit for repair a very easy experience for me -- he advised me of the potential cost, called to inform me of the results of the diagnostic test, he contacted the warranty company to verify the repairs were covered under my plan, and then he contacted the rental car company to arrange for a 1 day rental. There were no unexpected out of pocket costs and so far my Escape is doing fine! No one ever wants to go in for a vehicle repair, but this visit was very smooth and well managed. Karen M."
